From Uncertainty To Purpose Through Yoga

What began as an ordinary morning walk in a Delhi park slowly became a life-changing journey - one that transformed uncertainty into purpose, practice into passion, and yoga into a way of life.

Today, Ajay Yoga House guide thousands of students online and offline through yoga that is simple, practical, and deeply transformative.

Before Yoga

There was a time when life felt uncertain

Before yoga entered my life, I was working in the automobile sector in Gurgaon.

Like many young professionals, life revolved around temporary contracts, unstable jobs, and constant uncertainty. Every few months brought the same pressure again — searching for the next opportunity, the next interview, the next source of stability.

Eventually, that search brought me to Dwarka, Delhi.

With long mornings free and no clear direction ahead, I often spent time walking through nearby parks — simply to clear his mind.

And that’s where everything quietly began.

My first encounter with Yoga

A Simple Park. A Quiet Beginning

Every morning, I noticed groups of people practicing yoga in the park. There was something peaceful about it.

The discipline. The calmness. The focus.
The positive energy.

At that time, I knew very little about yoga. I didn’t fully understand its philosophy, its depth, or the impact it could have on life.

But something about those sessions kept pulling me back.

So day after day, I returned — first as an observer, then as a learner.

The sessions were being organized ahead of International Yoga Day by teachers from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

Most participants were much older than me. Still, I joined. And that decision quietly changed the direction of my life.

Discovering Purpose

The Practice That Changed Everything

As days passed, my dedication became visible. My teachers noticed my sincerity, discipline, and natural interest in learning. They guided me closely, trained me personally, and helped me understand that yoga was far more than physical exercise.

Yoga became a source of clarity. Confidence.
Balance. Growth.

Inspired by that experience, I enrolled in the one-year Yoga Teacher Training Program at the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

After completing my training, I began teaching in parks and small community sessions — learning not only how to practice yoga, but how to guide others through it.

Step by step, yoga stopped being just something I practiced.

It became my path.

Building something of my own

Over time, I continued practicing, teaching, and developing my own approach to yoga.

I started taking personal sessions, working with different students, and slowly building confidence in my teaching style.

Then came the COVID period — a time that changed life for everyone.

After returning to Agra, I began teaching through home visits and studio sessions. During that phase, one realization became stronger than ever:

I wanted to teach yoga in my own authentic and creative way. Not limited by rigid methods.
Not confined to tradition alone.
But in a way that genuinely connected with modern people and real-life challenges.

That vision eventually led to the creation of my own studio.

And that became the true beginning of Ajay Yoga House.

The community today

More than studio - A growing Yoga community

What started with a small yoga session in a Delhi park has today grown into a global community connected through yoga.

Through Ajay Yoga House and APS Yoga Studio, students from different cities and countries now practice together both online and offline.

Thousands of people follow my work across Instagram and Facebook, where my yoga videos, teaching style, and creative practices continue inspiring people daily.

Messages regularly arrive from students and followers around the world — sharing stories of improved flexibility, reduced stress, better health, and renewed confidence.

For me, that is the most meaningful part of the journey.

Knowing that something which once helped me find direction is now helping others improve their lives too.

My Philosophy

My approach to Yoga

“Yoga is not about perfection.
It is about consistency, awareness, balance, and learning to connect with yourself every single day.”

I believe yoga should feel accessible, practical, and welcoming for everyone — regardless of age, flexibility, fitness level, or experience.

Whether someone joins for:

  • better health

  • stress relief

  • weight management

  • flexibility

  • healing

  • discipline

  • or peace of mind

the goal remains the same:

To help people become healthier, stronger, calmer, and more connected with themselves.
